Please note: As of Summer 2024, space is not available for trumpets / cornets, flutes, alto saxophones, and clarinets. Other instrument sections might have limited availability as well, but please feel free to inquire using the form on this page. We are particularly looking for people who play less common instruments, such as the Alto Clarinet, Baritone Sax, Bassoon, and Oboe.

The Clintonville Community Band rehearses most Wednesdays from 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. in the Whetstone High School band room in Columbus. Regular attendance is required of all members.

Are you a closet musician? Did you play the English horn in high school, or percussion in college? Do you miss the feeling of making music with a good wind ensemble? Want to keep your “chops” up? Well, look no further.

The Clintonville Community Band is open to Central Ohio residents who want to perform in a concert band. The group was developed for people with high-school, college, or military band playing experience, who want to have fun and practice playing skills in a concert group setting.
